Refund policy

Personalised items

The majority of our sales comprise personalised goods. Due to their nature, personalised goods cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty.  

If no personalisation has been applied, please see the Non-personalised items section below. 

Obviously, if you receive an item that's faulty, we want to put that right for you. Should this happen, please email hello@inkyprintworks.com within 30 days of your order being delivered, with a description of the fault, and your order reference number if available. Including clear photographs of the product and the problem will help us resolve the problem more quickly, too.

Generally, if we agree an item is faulty we will replace it immediately for you. We will also decide whether we need to inspect the item to understand what has gone wrong, in which case we will send you a tracked returns label to enable you to send itback to us quickly and easily.   

If you do not wish to receive a replacement, we will process a refund for you promptly.  Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and we advise customers to expect the funds in their account within 4-7 working days.

Incorrect items

Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalised details are correct when the order is placed, and we will not be held responsible for any errors that are down to the customer.

All personalised orders are considered final at the point when you place the order.  The printing process is designed for maximum efficiency, so changes to orders that have been placed are generally not possible. With that in mind, please take care when entering any names, personalised information and gift messages into our website as we are unable to offer replacements for personalised items unless they are faulty.

Non-personalised items

Please note this applies only to orders where no personalisation or changes have been made to one of our stock designs. In this case we are pleased to accept returns made within 30 days of the delivery date.  

Please contact us at hello@inkyprintworks.com to arrange a return; once agreed, we will provide a return label, and we ask that returns should be made using the original packaging.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and we advise customers to expect the funds in their account within 4-7 working days.
